What do you do?
I’m a content creator creating content on YouTube, Instagram and other social media with a following of 1.5 million. Also, I just started my own clothing line in association with the popular digital fashion brand Stalk Buy Love called SejalxSBL.
Why do you do what you do?
It gives me immense satisfaction and freedom in my work.
Which failure or apparent failure set you up for success?
The fact that I was considered an outlier in college!
What is the best investment you have made in yourself?
Large amounts of self-motivation.
Has your career been planned or a function of serendipity?
An equal function of both but mostly hard work and consistency.
What is the role of mentors in your life?
To inspire me and show me a fresh perspective.
What advice would you give to your 18-year-old self?
I would ask myself to put faith in time and the process of achieving something. Each step is as, in fact much more important than the prize.
At the moment, I am working on building a team and learning the art of delegation!
