Many of us have been fortunate to have mentors – both peer and senior – who have played pivotal roles in defining our careers and shaping our ambitions. I started a small initiative to tap into my network and find people who are willing to give 30 minutes of their time every month to mentor someone from a different cultural, political background, someone who might have the aspiration but not the means to channel it.

What began as a social experiment to find potential mentors for college students in Delhi has grown into a global peer-to-peer mentoring platform with dynamic leaders from 89 countries, including the likes TED speakers like Giorgia Lupi, Zubaida Bai; MIT expert on Artifical Intelligence Dr. Andrew McAfee; world leading cellist Yo-Yo Ma; legendary innovators like Kai-Fu Lee and Vijay Shekhar Sharma. Network Capital members are carefully selected to ensure they combine hunger to learn and willingness to share.
